The game won't load — what do I do?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). If the issue persists, clear your browser cookies for this site and log in again.
My save is gone — can it be recovered?
Saves are stored server-side on your account, so clearing your browser cache won't lose them. If your save is missing after logging in, it may have been reset by an update. In that case, use the Restart button in the admin tools if available, or simply start from Day 1 — it's a short play through for now.
Which browsers are supported?
Any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). A screen width of at least 1200px is recommended for the best experience.
